Business Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

Drive and orchestrate the sales cycle and work with internal teams to best serve client
Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and our existing customers
Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the ALLO Business product portfolio
Respond frequently to RFPs/RFBs
Develop a detailed strategy/territory plan
Focus on an optimal customer experience living the ALLO Core Values – exceptional, honest, local and hassle-free
Cultivate C-Level relationships, becoming the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT initiatives
Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, while leading strategic conversations with customer to identify business challenges/needs
Understand growth drivers, pitfalls, and challenges within the sectors supported

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work/military experience
Telecommunications, specifically wholesale and/or carrier or related field
A combination of education and experience is acceptable
2-3 years' experience selling in the Enterprise, SLED, and/or Carrier/Wholesale space as an individual contributor
Knowledge and experience in working with RFPs at all levels
Has experience and knowledge of Telecom, networking, MSP and/or security industry
Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
Works with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
Strong leadership/administrative skills (multitasking, planning, and organizing)
Ethernet circuit knowledge
Advanced computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good troubleshooting skills and methodologies
Self-starting with the ability to help grow the department
Shift work and on-call flexibility
Remain upright on feet for extended periods
Remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
Raise objects up to 50 lbs
Possess/maintain a Valid Driver's License
Travel requirement: 50%
