Responsibilities
Partner closely with Recruiters on complex, high-volume, and executive-level scheduling across Engineering and GTM
Serve as a subject matter expert for Ashby and Workday, ensuring data integrity and helping the team troubleshoot process bottlenecks
Lead the charge on candidate experience initiatives, including redesigning our onsite tour program and interview prep materials
Assist in the onboarding and mentorship of new Recruiting Coordinators and contractors
Manage communication with C-Suite executives and EAs to ensure seamless scheduling for leadership roles
Drive specific Operations projects such as interviewer training auditing, shadow program management, and agency vendor management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a high-volume coordination or recruiting operations role
Expert user of Ashby/other ATS systems
Possess a 'process-first' mindset; you don't just solve the problem, you fix the root cause so it doesn't happen again
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to push back or guide Senior Leadership when necessary
Capable of working autonomously and prioritizing conflicting requests with minimal supervision
Enjoy the data side of recruiting and understand the importance of clean tracking for reporting
Preferred
Experience with Workday is highly preferred
