The role involves providing internal assistance to Account Managers, processing client policies, and supporting the Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting retention goals.

Responsibilities
Provides internal assistance to 2-4 Commercial Lines Account Managers
Processes client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and restatements
Review commercial lines insurance policies to ensure accuracy
Maintains accurate information in agency management systems
Requests information from insurance carriers such as loss runs and endorsement changes
Processes renewal certificates and insurance holder updates
Assists in preparation of summary of insurance documents and finance agreements, as needed
Assists Account Manager in preparing documents for client renewals
Assists in invoicing clients, including complex client invoicing
Assists Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to earn Property & Casualty insurance license
Detail-oriented and prioritizes accuracy
Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a team environment
Resourceful, eager to learn new concepts and further professional development
Open to feedback and coaching
