Responsibilities
Providing consistent and effective communication with children, their parents, and/or guardians
Prioritizing the health, safety, and company service standards for all our external and internal customers. Lead pool/field trips and activities for all ages, abilities, and adaptive needs
May perform other essential job functions specific to the position and department assignment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of supervised programmatic childcare experience
Must undergo pre-employment, criminal, and fingerprinting background checks
First Aid (Infant through Adult)/CPR certifications prior to hire or immediately upon hire
Pass TB test within 30 days of hire and each year thereafter
Must be willing to attend (up to) 10 hours of paid programmatic training before the summer to enhance skills and knowledge of school-aged childcare and programming
Must be physically able to keep up with participants and lift 50 pounds
Preferred
Completion of 10th grade by Summer 2026
