Responsibilities
Handles basic troubleshooting, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance
Follows SOPs and performs task-based assignments
Expected to troubleshoot issues that are limited in complexity
Begin to understand '3 pillars' of laboratory automation troubleshooting (hardware, software, and assay)
Document service tickets completely and with appropriate detail. Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Collaborate with Equipment Technicians to maintain service tools and spare parts and ensure workspace organization
Adhere to lab safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
0–2 years of experience in Service Engineering or regulated laboratory settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
