The firm is seeking an organized and proactive Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to provide crucial support to the trial attorney with cases from inception through verdict.

Responsibilities

Assist trial attorney with stages of case management including but not limited to initial investigation, no-fault applications, MV-104 filings, and Notices of Claim in municipal action

Coordinate with outside investigators, including insurance communication and correspondence

Draft and prepare summons and complaints, bill of particulars, discovery demands and responses, motions, and opening and closing statements

Prepare and organize materials needed for court appearances, pleadings, depositions, and trial

Assist with lien negotiation and finalization and oversee updates throughout the case

Obtain necessary authorizations for medical records as well as the medical records

Help maintain client relations through strong communication and professional conduct

Provide general administrative support to the attorneys and perform additional duties as needed
