5+ years expOPIX Systems is seeking an experienced BAS Project Manager to lead building automation and controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, and coordination among field teams and subcontractors across various facilities.

Responsibilities
Manage BAS projects end-to-end (planning, execution, closeout)
Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams
Track schedules, job costs, materials and change orders
Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years managing BAS/controls projects
Strong understanding HVAC Controls and DDC systems
Experience with platforms such as Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider
Ability to read plans, specs, and control sequences
Strong communication and field coordination skills
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects; ERP or project software a plus
