Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs and opportunities areas
Use this information to make data-driven recommendations for improving marketing strategies
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Regularly report on performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose adjustments as needed
Provide support for CRM target selections via automated tools and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes
Partner with marketing, commercial and analytics teams to ensure appropriate prioritization and seamless execution of strategies
Provide strategic guidance and insights to all stakeholders to support the growth of the business
Lead and manage key analytics initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
6+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical or commercial field preferred with 2+ years of management experience
Proficiency in SQL and Excel required
Knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design
Demonstrated experience using data visualization software to convey analysis in an easy to digest format
Strong verbal and written communication skills - demonstrable track record of influencing up, down and across organizations
Preferred
Preferred experience working with Tableau for data visualization
Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
