Construction Coordinator Intern (Summer 2026)

The Construction Coordinator Intern will support the Scottsdale Lab Base Build and ensure readiness for tool installation while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced semiconductor field.

Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM activities with the general contractor to confirm utility routings meet tool requirements
Track material deliveries and verify installation aligns with the project timeline
Ensure all scope items are completed per SEMI specifications, ASM standards, and within budget
Help oversee construction of critical facility systems, including:
Acid exhaust systems (4; 52K CFM)
Gas distribution (specialty gases, gas cabinets, VMBS)
Process cooling water (EPI and ALD systems)
Bulk gas and inert systems
Ultra pure water system and loop
Breathing air and oil-free air systems
Process vacuum systems
Collaborate with teams to resolve construction challenges and support milestones
Participate in meetings, document progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction or a related field
You are within your Junior or Senior year of Undergrad or Masters
