Required

Experience with Sales, including upselling and cross-selling insurance products to meet customer needs and agency goals
Ability to provide education to clients on insurance policy details and options
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

New York State Property & Casualty Brokers license preferred or a willingness to obtain the license shortly after being hired
