Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee tutor recruitment pipelines for 10+ school districts nationwide, ensuring fulfillment targets are achieved
Develop and optimize scalable recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
Monitor key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, fulfillment rate) and adjust strategies as needed
Manage and mentor a team of Talent Screening Specialists and District Onboarding Specialists (6+ team members)
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruitment function
Partner with Customer Success, Program Management, and Partnerships teams to align recruitment efforts with program timelines and district needs
Represent the Talent Acquisition team in Implementation Meetings with school districts and internal stakeholders
Ensure smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding and deployment
Meet weekly with the Talent Acquisition Team, overseen by the Operations Director, to present progress toward hiring goals
Lead daily team meetings to review priorities, address bottlenecks, and track key performance metrics
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Curate and manage a high-performing Tutor Recruitment team to ensure fulfillment targets are met
Evaluate team performance on a weekly basis and provide coaching to team members as needed to improve performance
Coordinate with Customer Success Managers, Program Management Team, and Partnerships Team members to communicate updates and implement change requests
Attend Implementation Meetings with Districts
Meet weekly with the Operations Director and COO to report on progress towards fulfillment goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited college/university
At least 3 years of leadership experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and or operations related role
Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize, and effectively lead teams through complex, mission-critical projects
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (ATS experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in use of common corporate office software
Preferred
Experience in education staffing, K–12 partnerships, or high-volume hiring environments
