IT Support / Device Technician
CSI Companies is working with a healthcare client that is expanding their deployment team and is hiring Device Technicians to support a large-scale hardware refresh. The role involves hands-on support in deploying and configuring PCs and peripherals in clinical and administrative areas, along with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
Deploying, imaging, configuring, and validating PCs, monitors, and peripherals
Supporting workstation refreshes in clinical and administrative areas
Troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and basic software issues
Working closely with deployment leads and other technicians onsite
Documenting completed installs and issues following deployment standards
Traveling between Beacon Health sites (local travel only)
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Device Technician, IT Field Tech, Desktop Support, or similar role
Hands-on experience with PC imaging, setup, and hardware refresh projects
Familiarity with Windows environments and basic troubleshooting
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
Ability to work full-time through March 2026
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare or hospital IT is a plus (Epic or Cerner exposure preferred but not required)
