Project Manager

Mobile Communications America is seeking an experienced Project Manager I to support their fast-growing Security division. The role involves planning and managing MAC jobs, overseeing project closeout, and coordinating communications with customers.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage MAC jobs
Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work
Oversee Planner Board management
Place job "placeholders" on the Planner Board without technician assignments
Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery
Complete project closeout documentation and update systems accordingly
Manage job-related communications
Conduct kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling with customers
Submit billing requests
Forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead based on Promise Dates
Oversee project closeout and handoff to Service
Create NCCO quotes and submit them through NetSuite for approval (DOA)
Adhere to NCCO SOP guidelines for MAC jobs

Required

Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams
Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
