Allegacy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Retail Operations Partner to provide operational leadership and support across multiple financial centers. This role ensures compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional member experiences while partnering with financial center teams and retail leadership.

Responsibilities

Expectation to be present in the financial centers 60% of the time

Oversee operational compliance and performance across assigned centers

Develop, maintain, and communicate operational policies, procedures, and reference guides

Conducts financial center pre-audits during visits

Deliver training and coaching to support staff development and market sales/service goals

Lead operational aspects of projects, system updates, and financial center openings/closures

Produce and analyze operational and performance reports to identify trends and improvements

Serve as liaison with IT, Compliance, Audit, Learning & Performance, and other departments

Support risk management, security, and business continuity initiatives
