Manufacturing Services Engineer – Ceramic Matrix Composites

The Manufacturing Services Engineer supports the Manufacturing Engineering team by ensuring newly acquired manufacturing equipment is delivered, installed, and supported in line with company standards, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure equipment is production-ready and maintainable.

Responsibilities
Partner with Capability Acquisition and Process Owners to support specification, purchase, and acceptance of new manufacturing equipment
Ensure all newly acquired equipment complies with company engineering, safety, quality, and documentation standards
Lead or support equipment handover activities, ensuring readiness for production use
Develop, complete, and maintain asset care manuals, including preventive maintenance plans and operating guidance
Create and maintain critical spare parts lists in collaboration with suppliers, maintenance, and operations teams
Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and transition to steady-state operations
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain complete technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and service requirements
Support continuous improvement of equipment reliability, maintainability, and service strategies
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR
Master's degree and 0 years of relevant experience OR
JD/Ph.D
In Lieu of degree, 6+ years of relevant experience
