Responsibilities
Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc
Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders
Qualification
Required
Must be willing and able to participate in on-call rotation
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
Preferred
It is preferred that the ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property
HVAC certified
CPO certified a plus
