Responsibilities
Maintain the facility, working from work orders from staff or from blueprints that include plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, refinishing and new construction/modifications
Performs duties according to uniform building code and maintaining the integrity of the facilities security procedures at all times
Repair and clean plugged sewer lines; inspect and repair water lines, domestic and heating
Repair sinks, toilets, showers, damaged walls, ceilings and floors
Inspect, clean, repair, maintain and install hot water and steam boilers or other related heating systems
Qualification

Valid driver's license
Legal right to accept employment in the United States
Education credentials verification if using post-secondary education to meet minimum qualifications
Evidence of foreign education equivalency if applicable
Work experience documentation if not already included in the application
Ability to pass a criminal history check
Ability to be fingerprinted
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance
