Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements and cash flow analyses
General Accounting: Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, cash management, and acquisition accounting activities
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance and trend analyses, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Internal Controls: Maintain GAAP compliance, ensure process accuracy, and support audits through proper documentation
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
6-12 years of accounting experience
3+ years in management
Preferred background in real estate or infrastructure
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Required experience in Microsoft Access and ERP or accounting systems
Strong understanding of GAAP
Corporate consolidations
Revenue recognition
Financial statement preparation
Analytical, detail-oriented leader
Strong organizational and communication skills
Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
