Campaign Launch Specialist (S), 6 months, Prime Video - Global Shared Services (GSS)
Amazon is seeking a dynamic Marketing Asset Coordinator to join their Prime Video team, focusing on US Single Title Campaigns. The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of marketing assets, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and launch timelines while collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
Manage delivery of all Value-Added Material (VAM) content to the platform
Onboard external partners to the delivery portal, ensuring compliance with platform requirements (file naming, safe zones, asset specs, etc.) to prevent fails
Create and maintain comprehensive deliverable lists with timelines to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) launches
Oversee and guarantee asset intake process
Track all deliverables and defects throughout campaign lifecycles
Monitor Prime Video platform content quality and ensure compliance with content guidelines
Troubleshoot any issues related to marketing asset delivery or availability across all territories
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or account management experience
2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Experience with Excel
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred
Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
