Responsibilities
Lead and support accounting software conversions and system implementations
Review client financials and recommend cleanup or process improvements
Provide accounting, tax, and advisory support across diverse client engagements
Analyze financial reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making
Perform bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and compliance-related reviews
Partner with clients to deliver high-quality service and long-term solutions
Qualification
Required
Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
Strong accounting and advisory experience within a client-facing or professional services environment
Deep working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Ability to lead projects from planning through completion with clear communication
Preferred
Familiarity with Zoho Books and Sage
Experience with software implementations, project management, or ERP/inventory systems
