Responsibilities

Manage the complete ECP lifecycle: development, execution, and closeout

Develop Project Management Plans (PMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

Oversee approximately 800 ECPs annually including Small, Medium, Large, and Complex projects

Coordinate with customer account managers to capture and validate requirements

Monitor and control project budgets and schedules

Ensure turnkey delivery of specification-compliant, full mission-capable solutions

Manage expedited ECP delivery (72-hour turnaround) when required

Conduct Quality Assurance inspections and manage delivery acceptance process
