Responsibilities
Build and maintain automated training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines for large-scale machine learning models
Design data validation and artifact versioning systems to ensure full reproducibility and auditability
Architect and optimize cloud and on-prem environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and high-performance storage systems
Implement dynamic resource scheduling for GPU and TPU workloads with focus on throughput and cost efficiency
Develop telemetry, monitoring, and alerting systems for models in production
Build incident response and rollback frameworks for model misbehavior or performance drift
Partner with research teams to operationalize experimental architectures with minimal friction
Contribute to internal tooling that simplifies model registration, deployment, and monitoring for multiple teams
Implement access control, encryption, and traceability standards for model data and inference endpoints
Ensure systems meet internal compliance for reproducibility and model governance
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering with at least 3 years in MLOps or ML platform roles
Deep familiarity with container orchestration, distributed training, and continuous deployment systems
Experience managing high-throughput data ingestion and serving architectures
Proven record of maintaining production-grade ML pipelines supporting research and enterprise use cases
Strong programming ability and systems-level thinking
