Responsibilities
Use pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods (forklift certification required)
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Support production by ensuring stations are stocked and running efficiently
Greet donors and shoppers and provide excellent customer service
Follow all safety and Goodwill operating procedures
Safely move trash carts, salvage containers, and merchandise to keep the flow of production
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Forklift certification required
Reliable, safety-minded, organized, and team-oriented; able to follow standard operating procedures and meet targets
Work in backroom/dock environment with varying temperatures; use PPE as required
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous warehouse, retail backroom, distribution, or production experience a plus
