Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join their finance team as a Corporate Controller. This role involves overseeing the accounting functions of a portfolio of hotels and providing leadership for the finance team, ensuring accurate reporting and processing of accounting transactions.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with Operations Team in overseeing property-based accounting processes

Monitors labor, costs and expenses, making recommendation as needed for improvement

Assist property General Manager to monitor Guest Ledgers, Accounts Receivables and credit processes

Assists in monthly forecasts with Regional Directors of Operations

Manages hotel cash flow, implement strategies to keep a positive cash flow

Conduct hotel audits as needed

Communicate and work with Owners

Complete cash and balance sheet reconciliations

Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements

Required

Minimum of 1-3 years experience managing a multi-state hotel portfolio

Minimum of 3 years experience managing a staff of accounting professions

Hospitality experience preferred but not required

Advance Degree preferred
