Regional Sales and Support Manager
Sholom Community Alliance is experiencing growth and is seeking a Regional Sales & Support Manager to lead their sales and admissions efforts across various service lines. This role involves strategic leadership, developing sales strategies, driving census growth, and collaborating closely with campus leaders and the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive, data-driven regional sales and admissions strategy to increase occupancy and meet census goals across all Sholom campuses and service lines
Partner with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to align all site-level sales activities, outreach efforts, and performance metrics with Sholom’s organizational priorities
Establish and manage a culture of accountability through consistent performance coaching, training, and mentorship of site-based sales and admissions staff
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using CRM data and other tools to evaluate conversion rates, lead quality, and referral activity
Lead regular regional sales meetings to share best practices, assess progress toward goals, and foster collaboration among teams
Ensure consistent use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform across campuses to track inquiries, referrals, tours, move-ins, and follow-up activity
Provide ongoing training and support for staff on CRM utilization, reporting, and data integrity
Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve lead-to-move-in conversion rates and reduce time from inquiry to decision
Develop regular reporting tools to communicate occupancy trends, sales activity, and market insights to leadership
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for growth across all service lines
Use data and insights to adjust marketing tactics, referral strategies, and outreach plans
Collaborate with Marketing to develop collateral, campaigns, and digital strategies that support lead generation and brand visibility
Actively seek new partnerships, referral agreements, and outreach opportunities to increase Sholom’s regional footprint
Manage the Welcome Home Program / partners
Partner with Human Resources and campus leadership on hiring, onboarding, and professional development for sales and admissions staff
Develop and deliver sales training programs focused on relationship-based selling, customer experience, and Sholom’s value propositions
Encourage a unified, mission-driven approach across teams that emphasizes Sholom’s Jewish values of care, compassion, and community
Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and outstanding customer service throughout the move-in process
Participate in cross-functional meetings, strategic planning sessions, and community engagement initiatives
Represent Sholom with professionalism and integrity at all times, promoting a positive image and living out the organization’s PROUD service standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Minimum five years of sales leadership experience, preferably within aging services, senior living, healthcare, or nonprofit settings
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and occupancy goals
Experience managing multi-site sales teams and implementing CRM-driven performance strategies
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a collaborative management style
Skilled in CRM systems, data analysis, and sales reporting
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, referral partners, and community stakeholders
Confident public speaking and presentation abilities for community events, professional groups, and leadership meetings
Strategic thinker who can balance short-term goals with long-term organizational growth
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital communication tools
Ability to travel between campuses and represent Sholom at external events as needed
Demonstrated commitment to Sholom's mission, vision, and Jewish values
Able to understand and follow facility and department safety and emergency procedures
Perform light work, with occasional or negligible lifting of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing to all levels of people inside and outside the organization, including possessing good English-speaking skills, fluency and understandability
Able to effectively use office equipment to review and create information
Work at a desk for extended periods of time and perform long hours of work at a computer
Frequently stand and walk to move around office/building repeatedly throughout the day
Able to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime, nights and weekends as required including attending events/meetings as needed
Able to obtain reliable transportation
Preferred
Aging Services Sales & Marketing certification or related credential preferred
