Responsibilities
Prepare and review annual CAM, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliations
Audit reconciliations for lease compliance, accuracy, and consistency with prior years
Interpret commercial leases and amendments to determine recoverable expenses
Prepare monthly tenant estimates and impound budgets based on current forecasts
Research and resolve tenant billing and recovery inquiries
Partner with property accountants to improve recovery accuracy and efficiency
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Business
2+ years of experience in CAM analysis, property accounting, or lease administration
Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and expense recoveries
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with MRI or similar property management software
