Senior Business Development Executive
Xivic Inc. partners with ambitious enterprise and upper-mid-market organizations to design, build, and scale digital platforms, products, and experiences. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive new logo acquisition by owning the sales process from initial conversation to closing high-value engagements.

Responsibilities
Proactively originate new enterprise and upper-mid-market opportunities
Leverage your personal and professional network to create qualified demand
Lead enterprise discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CTO, Head of Digital)
Identify business problems and shape consultative digital solutions across:
Digital & experience strategy
Platform, website, mobile, and SaaS development
Data, analytics, and optimization
Growth, CRO, and performance marketing retainers
Own the full sales lifecycle: outreach → discovery → solutioning → pricing → negotiation → close
Navigate long, complex buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Partner with Xivic leadership and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches
Close $250k–$5M+ engagements, including multi-phase and multi-year programs
Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years in enterprise consulting, digital, or technology sales
Experience at a top consultancy, systems integrator, or digital agency
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new logo acquisition
History of closing $250k–$5M+ engagements
Strong executive presence and business acumen
Deep understanding of digital platforms, experience, and technology ecosystems
Highly autonomous, competitive, and results-driven
Willingness to travel as needed
