Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to drive success by implementing innovative talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent assessment, development, top grading and performance management
Ensure compliance with employee relations matters and HR policies
Leverages metrics and data to identify trends, providing recommendations to enhance performance, retention, and employee engagement
Partner with Leaders on the development and delivery of employee communication and engagement initiatives
Manage the implementation of complex projects from design to completion, including change management

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business administration
10+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
Excellent ability to influence all organizational levels and make timely, effective, data-driven decisions
Proven ability to apply advanced customer focus, sound judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, and strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal)
Proven ability to work effectively in a self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented manner within a complex, fast-paced environment at all organizational levels
Proven expertise in Human Resources, including Talent Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Wellness, Employee Engagement and Productivity, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and Change Management

Preferred

HR Business Partner experience working within a technical staffing organization and/or product SaaS company preferred
Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP and/or PHR
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Human Resources Management preferred
