Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all programs and services within the Williamson and Burnet County clinics
Leading a dedicated professional team to ensure efficient clinic management, quality patient care, fiscal stability, and enhancement of services
Management and recruitment of a professional leadership and direct care team that practices integrated person-centered care and leadership
Supervision of staff including Office Manager, Outpatient Clinic Managers, Clinical Service Managers, Medication providers, and Medical Support Staff
Provide regular clinic and staff supervision to ensure appropriate services are provided to individuals receiving services
Management of clinic schedules to ensure appropriate scheduling and accurate data entry, as well as smooth clinic operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses to achieve and maintain a balanced budget
Develop strategies to support, manage, and improve direct client contact by staff, organizational metrics, and standards
Monitor reports, implement plans of improvement, inform current and develop new policies and procedures, and develop new assessments capturing outcome data
Achieve all performance contract metrics related to integrated and behavioral health services
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years' experience in direct care of persons with a serious mental illness, developmental disability and/or substance use disorder
A minimum of 4+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience
A Master's degree in a Human Services Field, Healthcare Administration, or Business
A fully granted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining community partner relationships
Must have a Texas Driver's License and maintain approved driving status throughout employment
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or ASL
6+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience
Experience supervising an integrated leadership team
Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of process improvement
