They are seeking a skilled client-facing Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of multiple highly-complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Develop, manage, and refine project plans, including timelines, risk/issue logs, test plans, and scope analysis

Serve as a central point of contact between business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and IT departments

Support both Agile and Waterfall methodologies where applicable while maintaining flexibility to adapt processes and project structures as needed

Facilitate sprint planning, task prioritization, and user story refinement to align with project goals

Drive effective communication of project progress, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior leadership

Develop statistical data reports to measure project health and performance; analyze trends for continuous improvement

Conduct project status meetings, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication of risks and mitigations to relevant parties

Provide additional support to the organization’s quality initiatives

Required

At least seven (7) years of related experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in project management, managed care, or insurance-related fields

Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical experience in Waterfall project management

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and custom application development

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with experience interacting with senior leadership and external clients

Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings

Proven ability to adapt to changing project scopes and priorities while ensuring project objectives remain aligned

A strong focus on customer experience, engagement with stakeholders, and project success metrics

A solid track record of creating and maintaining project timelines, as well as tracking progress across SDLC milestones to ensure successful project delivery

Preferred

Knowledge of claims systems is a plus but not required
