Responsibilities

Lead and develop the operational finance team, fostering strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

Oversee accounting operations, financial close, and the preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards

Ensure effective cash management, liquidity planning, and strong relationships with financial institutions

Supervise payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

Support growth initiatives through financial analysis, investment projects, and strategic decision-making
