Responsibilities
Develop and manage NDT Manual and procedures (NAS‑410 / EN‑4179)
Approve techniques, setups, equipment, and calibration standards
Evaluate inspection results and support engineering/repairs
Ensure FAA/EASA compliance and support audits
Mentor and certify Level I & II inspectors
Maintain accurate inspection records and traceability
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Extensive aircraft maintenance NDT experience
Certification: NDT Level III in at least one method (ET, UT, MT, PT)
Certification per NAS‑410 or EN‑4179
Knowledge: Aircraft structures, OEM manuals (AMM, SRM, CMM)
Preferred
FAA A&P license
FAA/EASA audit support
Experience on B737, B767, B777, A320 family
