Building Service Technician

They are currently seeking a Building Services Technician to support maintenance needs, perform general building services tasks, and ensure high-quality standards and customer service.

Responsibilities
Support maintenance needs for 287 homes on an 18-acre property, plus several additional buildings
Perform general building services tasks, including:
Moving furniture
General maintenance and repairs
Basic electrical work and IT
Painting, carpentry, drywall repair
Responding to plumbing or equipment-related HVAC emergencies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
Strong ability to efficiently assess and prioritize daily work orders while maintaining high-quality standards and exemplary customer service
“Jack of all trades” skillset with knowledge in: Plumbing, Electrical work, Carpentry, Cable box setups/IT
Preferred
Experience working with older adults is helpful
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and energetic approach
Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and five-star hospitality
