Own Your Market – Increase visibility across the DFW area through on-site visits, local events, and partnerships that matter
Build Lasting Relationships – Work directly with Property Managers and Regional leaders to understand their needs and earn their trust
Drive Growth – Identify new opportunities, win new accounts, and expand our footprint with existing clients
Collaborate for Results – Partner closely with our recruiters to ensure we deliver on what we promise—every time
Solve Real Staffing Needs – Whether it's covering a last-minute call-out or filling a key long-term role, you’ll help keep your clients fully staffed and moving forward

Qualification

Required

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Willingness to attend local networking and association events
1+ years property management or staffing industry experience
Clear background and drug screen

Preferred

Experience selling to property management companies or working with vendors in the multi-housing space
Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, and social platforms
