Responsibilities
Conducting monthly and quarterly financial and operational reviews of assigned assets
Preparing quarterly reporting packages for investors, partners, and internal leadership
Supporting budget review, variance analysis, and reforecasting processes
Building and maintaining financial models
Monitoring capital improvement and redevelopment projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting
Maintaining asset performance dashboards and key performance indicator tracking
Coordinating with property management and asset management to ensure the execution of strategic business plans
Quantitative and qualitative underwriting of new investments
Contributing to portfolio presentations and internal strategy discussions
Presenting information to the Investment Management team and senior leadership
Synthesize deliverables on current investment performance, industry news, and trends
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in real estate finance, investment analysis, or asset/property management preferred
Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts, including NOI, IRR, and asset valuation
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with other real estate programs and Tableau
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
