Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions tailored to manufacturing and distribution workflows
Provide functional expertise across finance, inventory, production, and supply chain modules
Deliver user support post-go-live and help optimize system performance
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in coordination with development teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience (any major ERP platform)
Strong background working with manufacturing and distribution businesses
Solid understanding of business processes including supply chain, inventory, production planning, and order management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in hybrid or client-facing consulting roles
