Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients through various channels including telemarketing, outside sales, and in-person meetings to promote insurance products
Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual client requirements
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing policies, updating client records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Negotiate policy terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets
Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns
Collaborate with the benefits administration team to ensure clients understand their coverage options and benefits
Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively communicate value propositions

Qualification

Valid insurance licenseInsurance sales experienceNegotiation skillsCRM software proficiencyBilingual abilitiesSales administration toolsAnalysis skillsHIPAA regulationsCommunication skills

Required

Valid insurance license required; prior experience in insurance sales strongly preferred
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM software; familiarity with marketing strategies is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong analysis skills for assessing client data and market trends

Preferred

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to customer confidentiality is preferred
