Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
Proficiency in hydrology & hydraulic analysis, drainage, and erosion control design
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and preparing technical writing
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficient in stormwater design programs (HEC programs, HydroCAD, StormCAD, HY-8, Pond Pack, or equivalent design software)
Preferred
EIT and PE are a plus
5 plus years of highway engineering and/or H&H experience preferred
Experience with NJDOT, County, and/or NJ municipal clients are a plus
