Responsibilities
Support our SVP, Ecosystems Partnerships & AI Applications, the SVP, Customer Success and the broader US commercial teams
Work closely with our NYC and Helsinki Executive Assistants
Actively manage/own the executives’ calendar including arranging and prioritizing meetings
Support in organizing company level activities, internal events and assist with Chicago day to day office operations
Coordinate the executives’ travel, help to plan customer visits and other events including owning all expense collection and submission
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations
Represent the Smartly.io brand in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar role with a high-growth, fast paced company supporting a senior level executive
Worked in a start-up environment (a focus on Social or Ad-tech is a plus)
Ability to multitask and prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Project Management skills and experience
Independent and well structured working style with can-do attitude
Ability to learn fast learning and determination to achieve goals
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
