New Grad, Entry LevelMC-Rx is seeking an Import Analyst to manage client file imports and troubleshoot related issues. The role involves coordinating between clients and programmers, documenting import instructions, and ensuring timely processing of import files to meet service level agreements.

Responsibilities
Run client files in production
Troubleshoot and resolve file exchange issues
Test, troubleshoot and coordinate file imports
Liaison between the client and programmers on new layouts/enhancements
Document and maintain import instructions
Ensure import files are processed in a timely manner so as to meet all SLA requirements
Provide support and be cross trained on departmental staff duties
Qualification
Required
Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Customer service driven
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must possess the ability to coordinate functions with other departments in order to meet objectives in a timely manner
Preferred
High technical aptitude including Excel, Word and other computer processes/programs
Good mathematical and written communication proficiency
Bachelor's Degree Preferred Or Equivalent Work Experience
