Responsibilities

Provide expert customer consulting services, including issue resolution and process improvement

Manage new client set-up and conversion activities

Cross-sell company services to existing clients to enhance value and engagement

Conduct on-site client consulting and/or training sessions

Support tax filing department operations and ensure compliance with deadlines

Perform accurate payroll data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Handle prospect system calls and data entry for potential clients

Create and administer program issue reports for internal tracking and resolution

Serve as emergency switchboard backup when needed

Train designated Doeren Mayhew Payroll System employees on processes and systems

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service experience preferred

Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
