Senior Digital Analytics Analyst
BrainWorks is partnered with a growing, data-driven marketing consultancy seeking a hands-on digital analytics professional to build, own, and operate analytics foundations across web, media, and marketing channels. This role focuses on implementing and validating digital analytics setups, collaborating with clients, and ensuring measurement aligns with best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Configure Google Tag Manager from scratch, including tags, triggers, variables, and custom events
Design and implement event schemas, tracking plans, and measurement frameworks that support omnichannel campaigns
Configure Google Analytics to enable downstream reporting and activation
QA, debug, and validate tagging and data integrity across environments and channels
Own analytics implementation end-to-end
Implement and validate tracking across web, paid media, CRM/email, and platform touchpoints
Support UTM governance, pixel validation, and conversion event alignment across channels
Ensure site and campaign events feed accurately into analytics, media platforms, and reporting
Partner with marketing and media teams to ensure measurement reflects real campaign behavior, not just site traffic
Clearly explain analytics setups, tracking logic, and measurement outcomes to non-technical stakeholders
Walk clients through how tracking works, where data flows, and why it matters
Confidently represent analytics work in client conversations and working sessions
Serve as a trusted, hands-on partner to marketing, media, and CRM teams
Build dashboards and reporting views for omnichannel performance monitoring
Analyze site and campaign behavior to surface actionable insights
Ensure measurement aligns with privacy, data governance, and compliance standards
Operate as a self-directed individual contributor
Help evolve analytics best practices, frameworks, and delivery standards
Bring curiosity, accountability, and a learning mindset to a growing analytics function
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of hands-on digital or marketing analytics experience
Direct experience configuring Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics from a blank slate
Demonstrated experience supporting omnichannel measurement, including web, paid media, and marketing campaign tracking
3–5+ years of experience writing and using SQL to query data, validate analytics implementations, and support analysis or reporting
3–5+ years of experience building, maintaining, or using BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
Ability to clearly explain technical work to non-technical audiences
Comfortable owning delivery independently without heavy oversight
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Pharma, healthcare, or regulated-industry experience (pharmaceutical preferred)
Experience with UTM governance, pixel QA, and cross-channel conversion validation
Agency or consulting background with direct client interaction
Curiosity, growth mindset, and entrepreneurial energy
