Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama2, GPT-4), multi-modal models, and open-source frameworks on Azure
Build robust data pipelines and RAG workflows with tools like Promptflow, LangChain, Azure AI Search, and Vector DBs
Lead the end-to-end SDLC for AI applications, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
Mentor engineers, collaborate with solution architects, and align AI strategies with business goals
Drive test automation, CI/CD, and observability for production deployments
Stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Proven software engineering foundation: Strong OO principles, solution architecture, and ideally 10 years' experience (exceptional candidates with 5–7 years and outstanding achievements will be considered)
Good knowledge of Python
Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience: Experience deploying LLM solutions in production, or a deep engineering background with a strong desire to upskill in GenAI
Cloud expertise: Advanced proficiency with Azure (data storage, AI infrastructure, security)
Track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade applications - ideally in environments with large, diverse datasets
Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels
Hybrid flexibility: Willingness to be onsite 2 days/week (relocation support available)
Preferred
Experience with agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and vector databases
Background in large-scale data processing, security, and compliance
Passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams
