Community Sales Director
Brightview Senior Living is dedicated to providing exceptional services and care in the senior living sector. The Community Sales Director will be responsible for building relationships with potential residents and their families, educating the community about Brightview's services, and driving sales and marketing efforts for a new community.
Responsibilities
Educate the general community about the services and value of Brightview
Build personal relationships with seniors and their families looking to make a move into either Independent, Assisted Living or Memory care
Act as a guide through the process for seniors and families
Be involved in all aspects of marketing for the community including networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events
Build strong relationships with the surrounding community of health care providers
Ensure all expectations are met or exceeded to make the lives of residents vibrant and the community feel like home
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Previous healthcare/senior living sales experience
Ability to perform community outreach, generate leads, overcome opposition to generate sales
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer orientation to older adults
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy
Strong communication skills
