Responsibilities

Navigate, resolve, and respond to customer interactions utilizing various messaging platforms within a designated response time
Fluently interact with customers via various mediums of communication in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately update and maintain customer records and company information in multiple systems
Understand the voice of the customer and bring any areas of deficiency to the organization’s leaders
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
Work in multiple systems to research and resolve complex issues
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Perform other related responsibilities as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the business

Required

Bachelors Degree
2+ years experience in a customer service associate role
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Ability to work some nights and weekend shifts as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 60 WPM +

Preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
A highly motivated, competitive mindset; a self-starter attitude focused on growing a brand
Knowledge of Car audio products and installation is a plus
A tech-savvy skillset
Flexibility in work schedule to stay until the job is completed daily
Ability to work weekend hours remotely
A self-learner/entrepreneurial mentality
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions and internal requests simultaneously

Benefits

2% Commissions (in addition to salary) are paid biweekly.
