Responsibilities

Provides training support and mentorship to sales associates as it pertains to sales objectives

Leverages business acumen and experience by providing guidance and best practices

Partners with the leadership team on the goals for each individual sales associate

Works collaboratively across the business unit to determine training needs and opportunities

Provides written objectives and goals to sales associate as part of the training process

Develops and provides training to include internal processes, sales data analysis, call cycle frequency and preparation, and other relevant information impacting sales

Supports sales goal achievement and objectives to Travels to train associates, conduct ride-alongs, and meet with clients and other principals as necessary
