The role involves leading the execution of large-scale solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning, managing budgets, schedules, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale solar projects (planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and close-out)

Manage budget, schedule, risk, and project reporting

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field construction, procurement, and subcontractors

Oversee contractor performance, site logistics, and safety compliance

Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication throughout project execution

Drive project issues to resolution and ensure milestones are achieved

Support continuous improvement and best-practice project delivery processes

Required

4+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or large EPC construction

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to travel up to ~50% to project sites
