Responsibilities
Manage and review tax compliance and planning for Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corps
Review compiled financial statements, reconciliations, and workpapers
Prepare and review complex federal and multi-state individual returns
Manage client deadlines, deliverables, and workflow throughout the year
Perform tax research and document conclusions
Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor
Mentor and oversee junior staff and interns
Help improve tax processes, workflows, and software utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or EA required
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Experience across Individuals, Partnerships, and S-Corps
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong client communication skills and collaborative mindset
Interest in long-term growth with a stable firm
Preferred
Experience with UltraTax is a plus
