Responsibilities

Serve as a technical lead supporting AI and data science delivery for water-related intelligence solutions

Spend approximately 50% of time hands-on with development and 50% leading, mentoring, and partnering

Work closely with product stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical and AI solutions

Support and mentor junior team members while collaborating with a senior manager overseeing the broader portfolio

Operate effectively in an environment with distributed teams and mixed onshore/offshore delivery

Contribute to technical standards and best practices aligned with broader AI platform leadership

Qualification

PythonAzure-based analyticsAI solutions developmentData science experienceCommunication

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related technical discipline (or equivalent 4 years of experience in a related industry)

6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied AI roles, with prior experience acting as a technical lead or senior individual contributor

Strong Python development skills

Experience working in Azure-based analytics environments (Databricks)

Ability to build, evaluate, and operationalize analytical or AI solutions

Comfort balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities

Strong communication skills and ability to partner with product and business stakeholders in a matrixed organization
