Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of People team policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Facilitate, guide and influence performance management cycles with supervisors
Provide coaching to supervisors on employee development and performance management
Utilize business insights and trends in reporting to inform strategies to improve retention and engagement
Trusted advisor for assigned area to support overall operational effectiveness and performance
Work with the larger People team to ensure engagement and employee experiences are consistent with organizational objectives
Serve as a partner to the manufacturing operations team to support the entire employee experience from onboarding to offboarding and all things in between
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
3+ years HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, or other equivalent administrative experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
Independent judgment and discretion are important qualities as many duties performed are of a critical & confidential nature
Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize business demands, anticipate needs, be proactive, in adapting and responding to changing situations
Works well in both team oriented and autonomous environments
Results-driven, intrinsically motivated with a passion for people and business
Experience with Google & Microsoft Suite including sheets, powerpoint, etc
Strong oral and written communication skills
